油闷虾+素炒南瓜丁

灰常喜欢吃虾,昨天和PANDA去超市买了点回来,做了油闷虾。

【特点】 色泽油亮,鲜嫩适口。

【原料】 虾、葱、姜丝、生抽、盐、花生油、青椒(也可放料酒,但是偶没放)

【制作过程】
(1)将大虾剪去须、除去头部沙包和脊背纱线,洗净。
(2)锅上火加油烧至五成热,放入葱姜丝,下入虾,煎至两面呈金黄色。
(3)放青椒,用小火炒约2分钟,加生抽,盐即可出锅。
